Jiyai Shin won the Wegmans LPGA at Locust Hill Country Club by seven shots over Yani Tseng and Kristy McPherson.

Sandra Gal shot 64 in the first round of the Wegmans LPGA at Locust Hill Country Club.  Thanks to afternoon thunderstorms, play was suspended due to darkness leaving 30 players still on the course.
