The second round of the LPGA Tour Championship at The Houstonian Golf & Country Club in Texas was suspended due to darkness after rain kept play delayed until the afternoon. Only 58 of 116 players started the second round as play will resume Saturday morning.
There will be a first cut made after the second round is complete, trimming the field to 70 players. After 54 holes, there will be a second cut made to bring the final round field to 30 golfers.
