Picks: Buick Invitational

The PGA TOUR is at Torrey Pines in California for the Buick Invitational.  The last time the TOUR was here was the 2008 U. S. Open and Tiger Woods’ dramatic 19-hole playoff win over Rocco Mediate.  Woods is also the defending champion of this event but is still recovering from knee surgery.  The field  boasts two of the top five players in the world – Padraig Harrington and Phil Mickelson – this week.  Here are the picks:
