Stacy Lewis shot 67 in the third round to take a one-shot lead heading into the final round of the U. S. Women’s Open at Interlachen Country Club in Minnesota. 

Lewis didn’t make a bogey in the round, carding three birdies on each side.  Paula Creamer is in second place after shooting 69 in the third round.  Creamer made three birdies on the front nine and two more on the back, along with a bogey.

Inbee Park and Helen Alfredsson are tied for third, two shots off the pace.  Mi Hyun Kim has sole possession of fifth and In-Kyung Kim is in sixth.  Amateur Maria Jose Uribe is tied for seventh place with Angela Park at four-under par.

Defending champion Cristie Kerr is in striking distance at two-under par for the tournament.  She is tied with Annika Sorenstam, who shot 72 in the third round.  Lorena Ochoa shot 76 and is tied for 43rd.
